Age Qualification Statement: Denox Long Image Combiner is an adult-only practical tool. All application functions and services are open exclusively to users aged 18 and over. Individuals under 18 years of age are prohibited from downloading, accessing and using this application in any form.

1. Overview & Service Scope

This Privacy Policy is formulated by the Denox operation team to standardize all data processing behaviors of the Denox Long Image Combiner App (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). It clearly explains the rules of collection, processing, storage and protection of user data generated during the use of the core function of uploading multiple images and synthesizing long images.

This policy applies to all users who use the App’s image uploading, picture collage, long image synthesis and preview functions. Operating the App means that you confirm that you are an adult with full civil capacity, have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all terms of this policy. If you do not agree to any clause, you shall immediately stop using the App.

2. Age Restriction Rules

The App is positioned as an adult practical image processing tool, and does not provide services for minors. We strictly implement the 18+ access restriction system, and will not serve any user under the age of 18.

We do not actively collect any information of minors. Once we detect that a minor has illegally used the App to upload images and perform synthesis operations, we will immediately erase all corresponding image data and operation records, and permanently ban the device access authority. All unauthorized use risks shall be borne by the user personally.

3. Data Collection Categories

Adhering to the tool minimalism principle, the App only collects the least necessary data to complete long image synthesis, and never obtains irrelevant sensitive information of users. The collected data is limited to the following two types:

3.1 User Uploaded Image Data

To realize the core functions of multi-image collage and long image synthesis, we will temporarily obtain the picture files uploaded by users and basic image attribute data (size, resolution, format, arrangement parameters). All image materials are independently uploaded by users, and are only used for real-time long image synthesis operation initiated by users, without any other hidden usage.

3.2 Anonymous Operation Log Data

To maintain the stability of image synthesis operation, optimize synthesis speed and compatibility, and fix functional bugs, we will anonymously collect de-identified operation logs and basic device running information. This type of data cannot locate personal identity and is only used for internal technical maintenance.

4. Data Usage Specifications

All user data processed by the App is only used for explicit service purposes, and no unauthorized expansion of usage scope will be conducted. The specific usage scenarios are as follows:

• Complete user-initiated multi-image arrangement, collage splicing and long image intelligent synthesis tasks to ensure the normal output of finished long images;

• Optimize image processing algorithms, improve synthesis fluency, picture restoration degree and tool practicability;

• Detect and repair functional faults such as synthesis failure and picture loading abnormality to maintain stable tool operation;

• Analyze anonymous operation data to iterate product functions and optimize user operation experience;

• Comply with legal supervision requirements and respond to official legal investigation procedures.

5. Data Retention & Clearing Mechanism

This App implements a real-time processing & zero residual retention mechanism for user image materials, which is different from content storage applications. After the user completes the long image synthesis and saves the finished file to the local device, the system will automatically and completely clear all uploaded original images, splicing cache data and synthesis intermediate files in a short time.

We will not permanently store, back up or share user’s uploaded images and synthesized long image works. Anonymous maintenance logs will be automatically cleared after the preset maintenance cycle to avoid redundant data accumulation.

6. Data Security Protection

We have built a dedicated security protection system for image processing services. The whole process of image uploading, transmission and synthesis adopts encryption technology to prevent data leakage, tampering and loss. The App adopts local priority processing logic, and most of the synthesis operations are completed on the user’s device to maximize guarantee data security.

Internal data access is strictly controlled, and only designated technical personnel can access anonymous maintenance data. All operation behaviors are fully recorded and supervised. We strictly protect user image privacy in accordance with industry security standards.

7. Third-Party Data Processing Rules

The core long image synthesis function of the App does not access any third-party SDKs, third-party servers or data sharing channels. We will never actively share, sell, rent or transfer user uploaded images and synthesis works to any third-party institutions or individuals for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Only when required by national laws and mandatory judicial procedures, we will disclose relevant data in strict accordance with legal provisions, without any excessive disclosure of user private data.

8. User Privacy Rights

Adult users have full independent control over personal operation data and image content, and enjoy the following legitimate rights:

• Right of Independent Use: Users can independently upload, splice, synthesize and delete local image materials at will;

• Right of Data Deletion: Users can clear local cache and operation records through App functions at any time;

• Right of Consent Withdrawal: Users can withdraw data processing authorization at any time. After withdrawal, the App will stop all data processing services, and users cannot continue to use image synthesis functions;

• Right of Complaint: Users can feedback privacy doubts and rights protection demands through the official email, and we will reply and handle them in a timely manner.

9. Policy Update Rules

We reserve the right to revise and update this policy according to service iteration, technical upgrade and legal policy adjustment. The latest version of the privacy policy will be displayed on the App’s privacy statement page with a clear update date.

Users’ continued use of the tool functions after the policy update is deemed as acceptance of the revised terms. If users do not agree to the updated clauses, they shall stop using the App immediately.
